Return, Replacement and Refund Policy

This policy forms an integral part of our Terms and Conditions.

Nature of Products

Shivnanda deals in agricultural and perishable products. Customers acknowledge that such products have limited shelf life and natural variations.

No General Returns

We do not accept returns once products are delivered, except in specific cases mentioned below.

Eligible Cases for Replacement/Refund

We provide replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • Damaged products during transit
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • More than 40% mangoes found spoiled

Conditions

  • Customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Photo or video proof must be provided

Perishable Products Clause

Mangoes and similar products:

  • Cannot be returned after delivery
  • May have natural variation in taste, size, or appearance

Replacement Policy

  • If a few items are defective → partial compensation or discount coupon
  • If majority of items are defective → full replacement or refund

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method if replacement is not possible.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind
  • Improper storage by customer (e.g., refrigeration damage)
  • Delay caused due to customer unavailability

Customer Responsibility

Customers must:

  • Accept delivery on time
  • Provide correct address
  • Follow storage instructions

We reserve the right to inspect and verify claims before processing.
